摘要
根据从动件的运动规律,利用Visual Basic编制的程序,参数化设计盘形凸轮的轮廓图及其各运动曲线。该软件还包括了DXF图形文件、NC代码的输出,刀具轨迹模拟和二维动态仿真等功能。将NC代码输送到数控机床中,即可加工出高精度的盘形凸轮。
According to the movement rule of the drivenpart, the Visual Basic Language has been used to programand draw the disc cam's outline-unfolded picture andmovement-curves with parameter. This software includesthe output of the DXF graphic file and the NC code, cuttingtool's track-simulation and two-dimension dynamicsimulation and so on. After sending the NC code to the NCmachine tool, a highly precise disc cam can bemanufactured.
