摘要
本文采用热模拟试验方法探讨了灰口铸铁焊接接头热影响区的奥氏体区组织对接头性能的影响。结合插销试验结果提出了马氏体相变过程中,在片状石墨尖端及马氏体组织中造成的微裂纹是奥氏体区强度下降并进而在外力作用下断裂的主要原因。
The effect of the structufe of Austenite zone onthe performance of gray iron welding joint is studied bymeans of thermo-simulated test in this paper.
