摘要
本文叙述了紫外激光缩微打标机光学机械系统基本结构,分析了物镜在紫外波段与可见波段的鉴别率和用于本机的可行性,并对打标定位精度亦作了计算,它满足了在人工晶体材料上打标的要求。
The fundamental construction of the micro--marker's optical and mechanicalsystem with UV laser is reported in this paper. The resolution of the objectivelens in UV and visible band and its feasibility used in thes device have been ana-lysed. The accuracy of marking location have also been evaluated. The qualityrequirement of marking on artificial medical intraocular lens is satisfied verywell.
