摘要
提出了利用自适应模糊 PID控制器实现对永磁无刷直流电机调速系统进行设计的新方法。文中首先建立永磁无刷直流电机的数学模型 ,以此进行转速和电流双闭环调速系统控制 ;并通过调节 PWM发生器的开关频率来减少转矩脉动。接着将模糊控制器和 PID控制器通过自适应因子结合 ,在线自调整控制参数 ,进一步完善了 PID控制器的性能 ,提高了系统的控制精度。并把 MATLAB中的 Fuzzy Toolbox和 SIMULINK以及 Power SystemBlockset有机结合起来 ,实现了该自适应模糊 PID控制器的计算机仿真。结果表明 。
In the paper,a new approach of designing the ti mi ng system for brushless DC motor (BLDCM) is presented,which is based on the para meter's self-adaptive PID controller combined with Fuzzy logic.At first,the prin ciple of BLDCM is analyzed and the model is built;then a test is performed on a tining system of close loops of speed and current;torque ripple components are r educed by controlling switching andles of the PWM.Through combining Fuzzy logic with PID controller and adjusting control parameters in on-line ways,it can perf ect the properties of PID controller and improve the precisions of control syste m.The organic combination of Fuzzy toolbox,SIMULINK and power system blockset re alize the computer simulation of this self-adaptive Fuzzy PID control system con veniently.The results show that the proposed method is highly precise.
