摘要
风机动平衡的关键是准确地测得不平衡振动响应的幅值与相位 ,对转换精度一定的A/D ,振动信号在不发生截顶失真的情况下 ,其大小越接近A/D满量程 ,捕捉到的波峰位置就越准确 ,相应测得的幅值和相位也就越准确。为了对不同大小的振动信号进行精确的测量 ,动平衡仪采用自动量程来实现对振动信号的放大或衰减。本文以开发成功的智能化整机动平衡仪为例 。
The key of dynamic balance for blower is examining the amplitude and phase of uneven vibration accurately. To a A/D with same changing precision,in the case of the vibration signal without distortion,the nearer the amplitude of the signal close to A/D full changing scope,the more correctly the instrument will capture crest and so it will measure the amplitude and phase correctly. For accurate measurement to different vibration with different amplitude, the balancing instrument adopts automatic quantity to enlarge or decay the vibration signal. Take the intelligent dynamic balancing instrument succeeded in developing as an example, the importance and realization of automatic quantity is introduced in detail.
