摘要
比较了超声波法和水蒸汽蒸馏法提取紫丁香中丁香油的收率,超声波提取法具有明显的优越性,平均收率12 57%.
In this paper,the content of volatile oil in Syringa Oblata obtained by ultrasound and aqueous vapor distillation extraction has been worked out.By comparing the two methods,the ultrasound extraction is been said to be a superior one in many ways,the average content from this method is 12.57%.
