摘要
在实验室条件下 ,对不同碱度及不同氧化镁球团进行了试验研究。结果表明 :当碱度R≥ 1 0时 ,球团需高温焙烧才能满足生产要求 ;当碱度R <1 0时 ,其焙烧温度只需 12 5 0℃左右。对于含量MgO球团 ,随着MgO/SiO2 比值的增加 ,其焙烧温度显著提高 ,通过配加含硼矿物可降低含MgO球团的焙烧温度 ,即在 12 0 0~ 12 5 0℃之间就能满足球团生产工艺的要求。
In the laboratory condition, the experiment study is carried out on different basicity and different magnesia pellet. As a result, if R≥1.0, roast temperature of pellet should be high. Its intension could meet production demand. If R<1.0, roast temperature of pellet only needs 1250℃. Toward magnesia pellet, when the ratio of MgO/SiO 2 increased, the roast temperature increased. Boron mineral can reduce the temperature, namely, the temperature between 1200℃ to 1250℃ can meet the requirement.
