Investigation on damage of No.1 BF at Baogang

本文总结了包钢 1# 高炉 2 0 0 1年大修停炉后炉体破损情况 ,分析了砖衬和冷却壁的破损原因和钛渣护炉效果 ,并就延长高炉寿命提出了几点建议。

On the furnace condition of No.1 BF damage, the causes for lining and cooling line damage and the effect of titanium slag protection were analyzed. Based on the results, suggestions to prolong the BF service life were offered.
