连铸坯轧重轨落锤性能的研究

Study on drop press on heavy rail rolled by CC slab

对连铸坯轧制的重轨进行矫后落锤性能试验 ,通过对试验钢轨进行断口形貌、气体含量 ,C元素偏析状态及各项力学性能、金相组织、结构分析研究找出了钢轨断裂原因 ,并提出对炼钢连铸、轨梁精整工艺的改进措施、实施后结果表明 ,钢轨矫后落锤性能有了很大的提高 ,2 0 0 0年 6月以后的抽检中已经没有打断现象 ,解决了钢轨落锤性能不合问题。

The drop press property of the straightened heavy rail rolled by the CC slab has been tested. The cracking reasons were found on the analysis of the fracture appearance, gas content, segregation of carbon, the mechanical properties and the microstructure. The improved measures were put forward according to the processes of the CC and the finishing. And the results showed that the drop press property has improved a lot and no crack has occurred since 2000.7. So the problems of crack have been solved.
