摘要
技术中心在 1997年曾花费 40多万元为连铸化验室购置一台大型带锯床设备 ,设备投入使用不久就发生多起故障 ,由于缺少必要的技术手段与资料 ,设备一直不能工作 ,中心有关部门曾致电设备厂家来人处理 ,厂方要检修费较高 ,为节省资金 ,使这台设备恢复功能 ,并整理控制部分资料 ,图纸等 ,为日后的检修创造条件 ,进行了设备剖析。
A large belt type saw facility was bought in 1997 and it broke down not long after being put into operation. Because of lack of necessary techniques and documents, it cannot work. Revelant department asked the manufacture to send repairing staff, but they charged more. In order to save money and make prepare for later maintenance information, the equipment is analyzed.
