摘要
通过对3.2MVA矿热炉混合加料法生产硅钙合金的生产过程进行一定的简化,建立了一个焖烧期内的一维动态数学模型。该模型描述了炉内竖直方向上温度场的分布和变化,反映了SiC数量的变化规律。借助该模型,可以研究工艺参数对技术经济指标的影响。
The process of silicocalcium production in a 3.2MVA submerged arc furnace with mixed charging method is simplified. Based on it, a unidimensional dynamic model in a shorter production cycle is developed. The model describes the variety of the temperature in vertical direction of the furnace, and the SiC amount of the different parts in vertical direction is calculated also. The effect of the process parameters on the standard of technology and economy is researched with the model.
