中厚板轧机弹跳模型宽度补偿的在线测量法

On-line measure method about width compensation of spring model of plate mill

针对中厚板轧制过程中轧件宽度变化对弹跳模型精度影响较大的问题进行了研究 ,分析并总结了几种常见的宽度补偿模型及其合理形式。结合首钢中厚板厂 3340mm四辊轧机的实际情况 ,提出了在线轧制测量法 。

In view of the great width fluctuation in plate rolling,the spring model is studied and some common width compensation models are analyzed.Combing with the practice of Shougang,an on line measure method is put forward,and the practical result shows that this method is feasible.
