摘要
基于锁相混频技术 ,提出了用于机床“内联系”传动链误差测量数据处理的一种新型细分技术和新型零误差双闭环硬件插补同步控制方案。开发了功能齿廓曲面展成运动的全闭环数控电轴传动链和同步控制系统 ,并成功用于Y38A型滚齿机的数控化改造。传动链精度的测量结果和实际功能齿廓曲面加工精度测试表明 :该新型细分技术和零误差双闭环硬件插补同步控制原理是正确的 ,开发的功能齿廓曲面创成运动闭环数控系统具有可操作、插补速度快、精度高。
Based on phase lock loop technology, a new subdivision technology for the processing of phase or frequency modulate typed sensor signal in gear transmission error measurement of machine tool and a new control principle named two loop zero error interpolation are put forward. Based on the above technologies, the CNC system for the generation motion of gear teeth profiles is developed and used on the CNC reconstruction of Y38A hobbing machine. The results of measuring experiments have showed that the new subdivision technology and the interpolation method are correct, and the developed CNC system has the characteristics such as feasibility, fast interpolating, high precision and better real time performance.
