Construction Technology on Phosphate Refractory Materials of W flame Boiler Furnace

针对山西省阳城电厂“W”火焰炉炉膛耐火材料的施工工艺和烘炉措施 ,从材料管理、施工浇注和养护烘炉进行了介绍 ,并在工程实践中改进优化了供货商的施工组织方案 ,以合理的工艺技术和烘炉措施 ,取得了良好的质量效果 。

With reference to the construction technology of refractory materials and furnace baking measures of W flame boiler,this paper introduces materials management,construction preparation,execution casting,furnace maintenance and baking furnace measures.It has been improved and optimized the scheme of supplier's execution orgnization with reasonable and feasible technology and furnace baking measures during construction of project.Thus,it has obtained a good quality of project and greatly reduced the time limit for a project construction.
