摘要 链条锅炉是重要的工业民用设备,针对大多数链条锅炉效率和自动化水平低下的现状,研制了一种适于链条锅炉的先进的节能自动监控系统。该系统运用PLC实现整体控制,运用变频器调节鼓风、引风和炉排电动机,运用工业计算机实现上位机监控。在控制系统中,常规控制和智能控制并存,在燃烧控制中采用模糊-PID复合控制器,同时,采用了风煤比在线自寻优控制策略,维持锅炉的最佳工况工作。该系统已经成功应用于白城机务段4台10t链条锅炉上,系统运行平稳,节能效果显著。 Chain-grate boiler is a very important equipment that is used widely in civil applications and industrial applications. Due to very low efficiency and low-level automation of most of current domestic chain-grate boiler, an advanced energy-saving automatic control and supervisory system suitable for chain-grate boiler was developed. In this system, PLC(Programmable Logical Controller) was used to implement the whole control design, inverters were used to adjust air-blower, air-drawer and grate-driven motor, and the industrial computer was supervisory device. Both conventional and intelligent control scheme was concurrent in the control system, fuzzy-PID compounded controller was utilized in the combustion control, meanwhile, on-line self-optimizing strategy for air-fuel ratio was applied to maintain the optimal status of the boiler. This system has been applied successfully in four 10 t/h chain-grate boilers of railway service department in Baicheng, and had stable running effect. Especially, remarkable energy-saving results was achieved.
