摘要
国内外经验表明,城市群发展战略是一个国家或地区工业化、城市化的主要模式。陕西关中地区具有建设以西安为中心城市的城市群的优势和现实性,陕西应以关中城市群的建设为突破点,推动全省产业布局调整和工业化、城市化进程。
Overseas and home experiences showed that city community development strategy is mainpattern for industrialization and urbanization in a country or a district. There is superiority and reality in Guanzhong district of Shaanxi to construct city community as Xi'an as key city, Shaanxi province should construct Guanzhong city community for breakthrough point, promote whole province industrial distribution rapidly and industrialization process.
