建立我国人力资源优势,关键在教育。教育价值观问题是教育、教育思想中的核心问题。教育观念的核心问题,是追求教育的什么功效问题,是对教育功效的评价的标准问题。本文在阐述我国教育价值与教育价值取向的基本含义以及教育价值取向对教育发展的影响的基础上,就教育价值取向合理性问题作了一定探讨。

The heart of education concept is to pursue the education effect, which is the question of the education effect appraisement.
