摘要
对钽酸锂单晶的微观组织及结构与性能关系进行了研究分析.研究发现:在各项性能优良的钽酸锂晶体中,可见有较为均匀的同心环状生长条纹,这种条纹的产生是由于晶体中含有杂质引起的.整根晶体从头部至尾部其组分分布较为均匀,晶体结构为单晶结构;但在各项性能都较差的钽酸锂晶体中,则可见其生长条纹混乱无序,且晶体结构也表现为多晶态.钽酸锂晶体这种组分的偏离和结构上的缺陷是导致其性能变坏的根本原因.
In this paper,the authors study on microstructure and properties of optics-grade Lithium Tantalum (LiTaO3) crystal and find out very regular gro wth lines in LiTaO3 crystals which have good properties,and the components are w ell-distributed from head to tail in whole crystal.The structure is single cry stal.The growth lines are made by impurities in LiTaO3 crystal.But very irregula r growth lines in LiTaO3 crystals which have bad properties are also found out,a nd its structure is polycrystal.The structure defaults and components which are bad-distributed are important reasons to make the properties of LiTaO3 crystal become bad.
