摘要
通过对创新服务体系的产业特点的阐述,分析了创新体系的构成;比较研究了美国、英国及日本的创新服务体系,进一步分析了我国目前创新服务体系存在的不足;提出了完善创新体系的对策与措施。
According to the investigation results and data of the Investigation and Research Center of in Huazhong University of Science and Technology.which has done research on the cultivation of innovative talents and the condition of college students' quality,the paper analyzes the charcateristics of innovative talents, and both the supply and demand in university education. Above all.some proposals and methods in cultivating innovative talents are presented.
