摘要
从比较核心能力角度分析企业资源外包的对象选择问题,提出企业资源流动演化模型。从企业发展战略层面考虑,具有比较核心能力的企业,将比较核心资源作为重点外包对象,是企业将比较核心能力提升到核心能力之捷径所在。
From assaying the prolem of Outsourcing Object Selection based on Comparative Core Cometence the model of evolution about corporation's resource is expounded in this expounded in this paper,Considering the corporation shich has Comparative Cometence form the side of strategy.it is the shortcut that Core Competence is promoted form Comparative Core Competence through outsourcing the Comparative Core Recource.
