China will witness a new wave of Mergers and Acquisition(M&A) with foreign capital involvement with the latest polices promulgated by the State. In this thesis,the author at first carries oul an industry selection study of foreign Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) of Chines listed companies under the nwq circumstances and also explores which listed companies will probably become the favorite state-owned shares and corporate shares by the Mergers and Acquisitions(M&A) with foreign capital involvement.Then the author analyzed the potential modes will be adopted by the foreign capitals,predicting that foreign capital entry'china will still be input in industry in the next 2-3 years and initiative investment will be principle way of foreign capital entry's Chinese market.
