摘要 步进应力试验是一项完全不同于传统可靠性模拟试验的激发式试验技术,为保障某型液晶显示器温度调节系统的可靠性,将步进应力试验技术应用于温度调节系统,除对其进行了高低温试验外,还在多应力综合试验设备上对其进行了高温变率热循环和多轴宽带随机振动等强化应力试验,使产品设计和工艺缺陷得以迅速暴露,并提出了合理的改进建议。 Step Stress Test that differs entirely from the traditional simulating reliability test is stimulating test technology. In order to ensure the reliability of the thermoregulation system used for a certain type of LCD,Step Stress Test has been applied to this system. Besides the high temperature test and the low temperature test,the rapid thermal cycling test and the multiaxis boardband random vibration test have been performed with the integrative test equipment in the process of the reliability test, so that the design and process defects of the production have been identified, the improvement methods have been suggested at last.
