The cost of the project is a important component oi the project investment. It's also the common problem which investors and contractors care. In this paper,the network plan technology is applicated. After optimizing of the project cost-time limit for a project-resource distribution,the cost of the project is confirmed.And then unlilizing the economic principle of the project,the factors which influence the cost of the project are analysed and quantized.Thus the minimum project cost is confirmed under the optimum scheme.
