摘要
研究了化学铣切方法在直齿圆锥齿轮精锻模电极齿轮的齿顶修边、齿宽鼓形加工和降低表面粗糙度等方面应用的技术,应用该技术可提高精锻齿轮精度1~2级。
Technology has been researched of application of chemical milling in the way to modify the tooth top,pro-cess drum-tooth and lower surface roughness of coin forging producd electrode gear of straight-teeth conical gear,of which using can increase1to2degrees of precision of such gears.
