城市“新生空间”的产生是城市与外界交换能量的结果,其出现应该使城市这个开放系统走向更为高级的发展阶段,城市由此产生新的功能、形象、文化等。互动相生是城市“新生空间”的发展规律。

Urban 'newborn space' is an outcome of energy exchange between the city and the outside world. Its emergence should push thecity, an open system, ahead to a more advanced development stage, thus, resulting in a new function, new image and new culture in the city.Mutual generation is the development rule for urban newborn space.
