砚台镇中心商业街区规划设计,采用开辟内步行街,营造院落空间,以底层做商铺、上层居住,增设步行廊道等手法,结合独立式经营的运作模式,创造出尊重传统地域文化特点的现代小城镇商业空间。

In the planning and design of the central business district of Yantai Town, the following methods are adopted: the opening up of theinner pedestrian streets, the creation of the group house space, with the bottom floors of the buildings as shops and the upper floors forresidential purpose, construction of the walking corridor, adoption of the method of separate management in association with the operationalmode of separate management, thus creating a modern commercial space for small towns that respects the characteristics of traditionalregional culture.
