反应/分离/再循环系统最佳工艺条件方程曲线的微分几何特性

Differential Geometry Characteristics of Optimal Process Condition Curve for the Reaction/Separation /Recycle System

摘要 从理论上证明了反应 /分离 /再循环系统最佳工艺条件方程曲线是反应与混合处理的光滑连接器 ,当分离回收率 m=1时 ,该方程曲线为 CSTR(全混流反应器 )迹线 ;当 0≤ m<1时 ,该方程曲线为 DSR(微分侧流反应器 )轨线。研究表明 ,最佳工艺条件曲线性质既决定了反应 /分离 /再循环系统的特性 ,也体现了反应器子系统的特性。因此 ,当分离回收循环物流存在时 ,可通过研究反应器子系统本身的特性 ,确定反应 /分离 A theoretical study of the reaction / separation recycling system was carried out and it was found that the optimal process condition curve is the smooth connector of reaction and mixing process and would be the CSTR locus for the case of m =1 or the DSR trajectories when 0≤ m <1. This conclusion explains completely that the optimal process condition curve represents not only the property of reaction / separation/recycle system but also the property of reactor subsystem. Therefore, several appropriate process structures of reaction / separation/recycle system, in which separation recycle streams are involved, can be determined only by studying the property of the reactor subsystem.
