摘要
研究了纳米氢氧化镁与微米氢氧化镁填充聚丙烯体系的阻燃性能、流动性能和力学性能。实验结果表明 ,添加相同质量分数氢氧化镁时 ,纳米氢氧化镁填充体系的阻燃性能要好于微米氢氧化镁填充体系 ,并在填充量为 60 %时达到 V- 0级标准 ,且发烟量少 ,流动性能和力学性能也要好于微米氢氧化镁填充体系。
The flame retardance, flow ability and mechanical properties of PP/nano Mg(OH) 2 were investigated. Results show that the flame retardance property of the PP/nano Mg(OH) 2 system is better than that of the PP/micro Mg(OH) 2 system.When the content of nano Mg(OH) 2 was 60% (mass content), the combustion speed can meet the requirement of V 0 grade, which is a USA UL 94 standard. The flow ability and mechanical properties of PP/nano Mg(OH) 2 system are also better than those of the PP/micro Mg(OH) 2 system.
