摘要
设计了一种全数字化的气体计量输送装置。该装置采用全数字交流伺服电机驱动转子式容积泵 ,提出了基于输入转矩控制的新的控制策略 ,实现了气体的等压或等质量流量控制 ,并具有运行参数的网络传输功能和远程监控功能。该装置可作为石油化工、生物制药。
A digital gas meter transport system using a screw displacement pump driven by a digital alternating servo motor was studied. This system indicates a creative tactics of torque control, and achieves the flow-rate control, at constant pressure or constant volume . The running parameters could be transmitted through network and therefore the remote control of the system is possible .
