摘要
以二苯胺为原料 ,经亚硝化、还原和缩合制得 1 ,1 -二苯肼 ,后者与对二甲胺基苯甲醛反应得对二甲胺基苯亚甲基二苯腙。确定了反应的较佳工艺条件 :n(二苯胺 )∶ n(对二甲胺基苯甲醛 ) =1∶ 0 .81 ,反应温度 78.2℃ ,时间 1 h。此条件下 ,对二甲胺基苯亚甲基 -二苯腙的收率为 81 %。
Diphenylhydrazine was synthesized from diphenylamine by nitrosation, reduction and condensation. 4 dimethylaminobenzaldehyde diphenylhydrazone was synthesized by the reaction between 1,1 diphenylhydrazine and 4 dimethylaminobenzaldeh yde.The following optimum conditions were obtained: n (diphenylamine)∶ n (4 dimethylaminobenzaldehyde)=1∶0.81,reaction temperature 78 ℃,reaction time 1h.Under above conditions, the product yield was over 80 %.
