摘要
利用对羟基苯甲醛与盐酸羟胺在 DMF中用“一锅法”直接合成对羟基苯甲腈。产物在乙醇 -水中用溴和过氧化氢进行溴化反应制得 3,5 -二溴 - 4-羟基苯甲腈 ,收率 97.5 0 % ,纯度 >99.0 %。该方法反应条件温和 ,收率高 ,纯度好 ,污染小 ,母液可循环利用 ,适于工业化生产。
p Hydroxybenzonitrile was prepared by the efficient one pot reaction of p hydroxybenzaldehyde with hydroxylamine hydrochloride in DMF, then reacted with bromine and hydrogen peroxide in ethanol water solvent to obtain 3,5 dibromo 4 hydroxybenzonitrile.The yield is 97.5 % and the purity is over 99.0 %.This method has the characteristics of milder reaction conditions, higher yield, higher purity, less pollution, reusable of the mother liquid and suitable for commercial production.
