摘要
以非质子酸氯化亚锡为催化剂 ,催化合成了丁醛 - 1 ,2 -丙二醇缩醛。通过正交试验考察了反应物的摩尔比、催化剂用量、带水剂用量、反应时间对反应的影响。确定了最佳工艺条件为 n(醛 )∶ n(二元醇 ) =1∶ 1 .5 ,催化剂 5 g,带水剂 1 3m L,反应时间 1 h。此条件下产品收率 76.5 % ,纯度 97%。
Butyraldehyde 1,2 proparediol acetal was synthesized by using stannous chloride as catalyst. The influences of reactants ratio, catalyst dosage, reaction time and water removing agent dosage on reaction results were studied by orthogonal experiment. The obtained optimum conditions were n (butyraldehyde)∶ n (1,2 propanediol)=1∶1.5,catalyst 5 g,water removing agent 13 mL and reaction 1 h. Under above conditions, the yield and purity of product were 76.5 % and 97 % respectively.
