摘要
由异丁醛缩合加氢合成了 2 ,2 ,4-三甲基 - 1 ,3-戊二醇 ( TMPD) ,对其合成工艺进行了研究。结果表明 :缩合反应采用异丁醛为原料 ,氢氧化钠为催化剂 ,反应温度 60℃ ,中间体三甲基羟戊醛 ( HPA)的收率为 80 %以上 ;加氢反应采用自制的 Cu- Zn O为催化剂 ,乙醇为溶剂 ,在 1 5 0℃将 HPA加氢生成 TMPD,HPA转化率为 98% ,TMPD收率在 95 %以上。
The process of synthesizing of 2,2,4 trimethylpetane 1,3 diol(TMPD) from iso butylaldehyde by condensation and hydrogenation was studied. The yield of intermediate 2,2,4 trimetjyl 3 hydroxy pentanal was over 80 %,under the condition of 60 ℃ temperature and using NaOH as catalyst.The conversion of the intermediate and selectivity of TMPD in hydrogenation, using Cu ZnO as catalyst and ethanol as solvent, were 98 % and 95 % respectively.
