Preparation of Azelaic Acid from Ozonolysis of Linoleic Acid

摘要 以亚油酸为原料 ,臭氧为氧化剂制备壬二酸。研究了臭氧化温度、催化剂用量以及氧化裂解时间对反应的影响。结果表明 :当臭氧化温度为 2 5~ 30℃ ,氧化裂解温度为90~ 95 0℃ ,催化剂的质量为亚油酸质量的 0 .1 % ,反应时间 2 .5 h时 ,壬二酸的收率最高。 The preparation of azelaic acid from ozonolysis of linoleic acid was studied.The major factors of influencing the reaction such as ozonolysis temperature, the amount of catalyst, the oxidation time were discussed. The results showed that the yield of azelaic acid was 46 % when the ozonolysis temperature was from 25 ℃ to 30 ℃, the amount of catalyst was 0.1 percent of linoleic acid, the oxidation temperature was between 90 ℃ and 95 ℃, the oxidation time was 2.5 h.
