摘要 采用溶胶 -凝胶法 ,结合冷冻干燥技术制得了粒径在 2 0~ 30 nm之间的均分散球形 α- Fe2 O3纳米粒子。用 TEM、XRD等手段对样品进行了表征 ,考察了制备条件对产物粒径、形貌的影响。结果表明 :初始铁盐浓度对产物粒径影响不明显 ,可以在较高初始浓度下制备纳米 α- Fe2 O3;p H值、焙烧温度对粒子形貌和大小有一定的影响 。 Uniform spherical α Fe 2O 3 with particle size of 20~30 nm was prepared by sol gel combined with freeze drying method,and characterized by TEM and XRD.The effects of preparation conditions on particle size and morphology were investigated.There was no obvious effect of initial concentration of Fe 3+ on particle size.It is therefore possible to prepare nano scale α Fe 2O 3 particles at relatively high concentrations.The pH value and calcination temperature affect the particle size and morphology of the product to a certain extent, while the calcination time has no obvious effect.
