摘要
对 SBS改性沥青基吸水膨胀防水材料的耐久性、密封性能、微观结构及吸水机理进行了研究。研究表明 :添加吸水膨胀物质 ,可以研制出吸水能力适中 ,耐久性能优良 ,在压力为 0 .1 MPa以下起自密封作用的吸水膨胀防水材料。此种材料的微观结构为“互穿网络结构”,在这个网络结构中 ,SBS与沥青各自形成连续网络而互相贯穿 ,吸水物质A、B为分散相 ,分散在沥青与 SBS中。
The durable property, sealing property, microscopic structure and water swellable mechanism of water swelling material based on SBS modified asphaltare studied. The experimental result shows that when a water swelling substanceis added into SBS modified asphalt, a water swelling material can be made, it is excellent in durable property, it has self sealing property when the gauge pressure is lower than 0.1 Mpa,its microscopic structure is“ Interpenetrating Network Structure”in which SBS and asphalt form successive network separately and penetrate each other, and water swellable substance A and B are the dispersed phases which disperse in SBS and asphalt.
