女性膀胱颈梗阻的诊断和治疗

Clinic diagnosis and treatment of female bladder neck obstruction

目的 探讨女性膀胱颈梗阻的临床诊断和治疗方法。方法 对42例女性膀胱颈梗阻患者行超声、膀胱尿道镜检查及尿流动力学检查 ;7例行保守治疗 ,35例行经尿道膀胱颈电切术(TURBn)。结果 42例经治疗后无明显残留尿 ,除3例有排尿不尽感外 ,余排尿通畅 ,无尿失禁及尿瘘发生。结论 超声、膀胱尿道镜检查结合尿动力学检查是女性膀胱颈梗阻的可靠诊断手段。TURBn是治疗女性膀胱颈梗阻的首选方法。具疗效稳定 ,副作用少等优点。

Objectives To investigate the clinic diagnosis and treatment of female bladder neck obstruction. Methods 42cases of female bladder neck obstruction were employed in our study.All patients were examined by ultrasonics,cystourethroscopy and accepted examination of uroflowmetry.Transurethral resection of bladder neck was performed on35cases.The other7cases were treated with preserved management. Results All cases showed no residual urine after treatments.Obstruction symptoms disappeared in39cases.No incontience and fistula was found in all patients. Conclusions Utrasonics examination,cystourethroscopy and urodynametry are reliable diagnostic method.Transurethral resection of bladder neck is a effective therapeutic method.
