Investigation and Analysis of the Old People’s Daily Life Ability

目的 调查老年人日常生活能力 (ADL)状况 ,分析其影响因素。方法 采用日常生活能力 (ADL)量表 ,对 5 0 0名 6 0岁以上老年人进行ADL调查 ,分析年龄、性别、常见慢性病对老年人ADL的影响。结果 ADL功能依赖发生率 6 0～ 6 9岁组为 6 .4 % ,70～ 79岁组为 1 5 .4 % ,80岁以上组为 2 8.6 %。对老年人ADL影响最甚的疾病为脑卒中、痴呆综合征。结论 脑卒中、痴呆综合征是影响老年人ADL的严重疾病 ,亟待引起重视 ,应加强这类疾病的综合防治 。

Objective To investigate the situation of aging people’s ability of daily life (ADL) , and analyse the influence factors.Methods With ADL questionaire, 500 aging people over 60 years old were investigated. We analysed the influence of age, sex and chronic disease on the old people. Results The incidence of ADL dependence is 6.42% in 60～69 years old group, and 15.44% in 70～79 years old group. Over 80 years old group, that is 28.57%. The disease, which influenced the old people’s ADL were cerebral apoplexy and dementia. Conclusions Cerebral apoplexy and dementia are the obvious disease that influence the old people ADL, it should be taken seriously and we should adopt complex prevention to raise the old people’s daily life quality.
