Advanced Colorectal Cancer Treated By Modified FOLFOX_4 Regimen

目的 评价改良FOLFOX4 方案治疗晚期大肠癌的疗效和毒性。 方法 自2000年1月～2002年5月 ,作者以改良FOLFOX4方案治疗晚期大肠癌病人34例。方案L-OHP85mg/m2ivd1、2,CF25mg/m2dl,5-FU400mg/m2静推d1、2+5-FU6000mg/m2静脉持续d1、2,每2周重复。结果 总有效率 :28% ;中位缓解期 :6个月 ,中位生存期 :11个月 ,主要毒副反应为神经毒性。结论 本方案对晚期大肠癌有效 。

Objective To evaluate the effective and toxicities of modified FOLFOX4regimen on advanced colorectal cancer Patients. Methods FromJanuary2000to May2002,34patients with advanced colorectal cancer were received two-weekly L-OHP85mg/m2iv d1,CF25mg/m2iv d1,2;5-FU400mg/m2iv d1,2;5-FU600mg/m2iv d1,repeat the therapy every two weeks.2. Results Thirty-three assessable patients were obˉserved.The total rate of effectiveness was27.3%(9/33);the median remission duration was6months;The median survival time was11months.The major side effects were neurotoxicity. Conclusion This regimen is effective and tolerated on advanced colorectal cancer.
