The "Num. +Cl. + O" Structure in the Eastern Hubei Dialects

本文讨论鄂东方言的“数+量+O”的一种句法结构。主要讨论了三个方面的问题:(l)“数+量+O”的结构特点;(2)“数+量+O”结构的表意特征;(3)“数+量+O”结构的价值取向。本文意在说明:“数+量+O”结构与双宾语有着微妙的关系,凡是指物宾语在前,指人宾语在后的方言,都可以演化为“数+量+O”的结构。

This paper deals with the 'Num. + Cl. + O'structure. The author discusses in detail three aspects:(1) the feature of the 'Num. + Cl. + O' structure; (2) its feature of the expression of ideas; (3) its value that we choose. By investigating the Eastern Hubei dialect the author has proved a question, that is , the'Num. + Cl. + O'structure has subtle relations to the 'double object'structure. All the dialects in which every object indicating something places before the object indicating someone can be evolved the 'Num. +Cl. + O'structure.
