The clinical application of vibrant-soundbridge

摘要 为满足不同患者的需求,日本、美国、欧洲对中耳植入式助听器进行了深入的研究,Vibrant-Soundbridge(VSB)属于振动式助听器,是由美国Symphonix公司生产的。几乎所有接受VSB植入手术的患者都感到以下优点:堵塞感不存在,啸叫和反馈大大降低,不影响美观,其安全性也得到了证实。但在听力学专业测试中,相比较传统助听器并未发现有意义的增益。另外其昂贵的费用以及需多次就医影响了这项技术的推广。
