摘要
目的 探索不同剂量的大豆异黄酮 (Isoflavone)和维生素C、维生素E混合干预物对冠心病 (CHD)并 2型糖尿病 (T2 DM )病人糖负荷后血液中黏附分子表达的影响。方法 筛选出 85例已确诊的CHD并T2 DM病人 ,随机分为空白 (B组 )、低剂量 (C组 )、中间剂量 (D组 )和高剂量 (E组 )的大豆异黄酮和维生素C、维生素E混合干预物组 ,与正常人对照 (A组 )比较 ,同时进行OGTT ,观察不同研究对象糖负荷后餐前和餐后1、2、4、6h血液中黏附分子表达的影响。结果 OGTT过程中 ,A组、B组和C组血液中ICAM - 1、E -selectin都显著增高 ,而D组、E组废除了这种现象 ,2组间无显著差异。结论 高血糖可产生过氧化压力而引起血液中ICAM - 1、E -selectin的过度表达。由 1 5 0mg大豆异黄酮和 5 0 0mg维生素C、4 0 0IU维生素E组成的混合干预物 ,可作为CHD并T2 DM人群以防治动脉粥样硬化 (AS)
Objective To investigate the effect of different dosages of antioxidant (Isoflavone, Vitamin C and E) on the expression of adhesion molecules in CHD and Type II diabetes mellitus (T 2DM) patients. Methods 40 diagnosed CHD and T 2DM patients were randomly divided into zero dosage (B) group, low dosage (C) group, medium dosage (D) group and high dosage (E) group with mixture of soy isoflavone vitamin C and E, comparing with normal blood glucose control (A) group, taking OGTT and observing the effect on expression of adhesion molecules during the OGTT procedure of fasting and postpradial 1 h, 2 h, 4 h and 6 h respectively. Results During GTT, sICAM -1 and E-selectin were found increased in group A, B and C, but not in group D and E (P<0.05). Conclusion Glycemia could induce the over-expression of sICAM -1 and E-selectin due to oxidant. It was recommended to prevent CHD and T2DM complications such as atherosclerosis with the mixture at the dosage of 150mg soy isoflavone and 500mg vitamin C and 400 IU vitamin E.
