摘要
制约企业人力资源投资的关键因素在于人力资源投资的风险,我们可结合人力资源投资的内容来分析其风特点,并针对其风险特点,建立培训机制、健全激励机制等来消除和化解风险,从而促进企业人力资源的投资。
The key factor of restraining the investment of manpower resources in an enterprise lies in the risk of the investment of manpower resources. By seizing what is in manpower resources, we are able to analyse the characteristics of the risk, and by meeting such characteristics of the risk, we are able to set up training mechanism, and to perfect incentive mechanism in order to dispel and dissolve the risk, thus leading to the improvement of the investment of manpower resources in an enterprise.
