SARS防治药物的现状及研究与开发策略

Drugs for Prevention and Treatment of SARS and the Strategy for Research and Development of Anti-SARS Drugs

由SARS(SevereAcuteRespiratorySyndrome)病毒引发的传染性非典型肺炎自今年年初首先在我国广东地区爆发流行 ,迅速蔓延 ,对人类健康和生命安全造成了极大的威胁。由于SARS是一种全新的传染病 ,突然爆发 ,目前尚无特效治疗药物 ,因此 ,目前临床主要采取对症治疗的方法。中医药在SARS临床防治过程中作用明显。防治SARS的药物研究在世界范围内引起高度关注 ,目前主要是针对SARS病毒和SARS发病过程中不同病理环节进行研究与开发。本文就SARS的临床药物治疗和防治SARS药物研究的现状 。

Severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) caused by coronavirus outbroke in Guangdong area from the beginning of this year and spread very quickly, which has been threatening the health of peoples all over the world. Because SARS is newly identified infectious disease and out broke suddenly, there has been no specific drug for SARS virus at present. Therefore, clinical treatment for SARS is mainly according to the symptoms of the disease. Traditional Chinese medicine has been widely used in clinical treatment of SARS and the results showed that they are very effective. Research and development of anti drugs is mainly aimed at SARS virus and also the pathogenesis of SARS. In this paper, clinical drug treatment of SARS, current research and development status of anti SARS drugs and the strategy for research and development of anti SARS drugs, are reviewed.
