摘要
目的 :研究包疮叶的化学成分。方法 :采用硅胶柱层析法进行分离 ,根据光谱数据鉴定结构。结果 :从中分得 6个化合物 ,分别为 :2 2 O (2 methylbutyryl) 2 8 al 1 2 en olean 3β ,1 6α diol(1 ) ,2 2 O hexanoyl 2 8 al 1 2 en olean 3β ,1 6α diol(2 ) ,1 ,1 2 bis(3,3′ dihydroxy 4 ,4′ dimethyl 5 ,5′ dimethoxyphenyl)dodecane(3) ],3β ,1 6α ,2 2α ,2 8β tetrahydroxy 1 3β ,2 8 epoxy olean(4 ) ,(2 4R) stigmast 7,2 2 (E) dien 3α ol(5 ) ,(2 4R) stigmast 7,2 2 (E) dien 3β D glucopyranoside(6 )。 结论 :化合物 1为一新的齐墩果烷型甙元 ,其它
AIM:To study the chemical constituents of Maesa. indica. METHOD:Compounds were separated by column chromatography on silica gel, Sephadex LH 20 and their structures were elucidated based on the spectral analyses including 1D NMR( 1 HNMR, 13 CNMR) and 2D NMR(COSY, HMQC, HMBC). RESULT:Two triterpenoids aglycone and other four compounds were isolated from M. indica and identified as 22 O (2 methylbutyryl) 28 al 12 en olean 3β,16α diol(1), 22 O hexanoyl 28 al 12 en olean 3β,16α diol(2), 1,12 bis(3,3′ dihydroxy 4, 4′ dimethyl 5, 5′ dimethoxyphenyl) dodecane(3)], 3β,16α, 22α, 28β tetrahydroxy 13β, 28 epoxy olean(, 3β,16α, 22α, 28β tetrahydroxy 13β, 28 epoxy olean(4),(24 R ) stigmast 7, 22( E ) dien 3α ol(5),(24 R ) stigmast 7, 22( E ) dien 3β D glucopyranoside(6). CONCLUSIONS:Compound 1 was a new compound,and other compounds were obtained from M. indica for the first time.
