摘要 采用含脲基的脂肪族氨基甲酸酯化合物,与带羟基的内烯酰基化合物进行聚合反应,得到多官能度的带双键活性齐聚物。该齐聚物具有粘度低、活性大、耐候性好的特点。采用上述齐聚物配合适当的活性稀释剂和酰膦氧基类光引发剂一起组成的UV涂料具有极佳的户外耐黄变性与保光率,经长时间紫外线照射,可以保证涂膜不会因为涂层的老化而影响透明性、装饰性。 Reaction between urea-based aliphatic carbamate compound and hydroxy acylated compound is resulted in poly-functional active copolymer containing double-bond. The prepared copolymer is characterized by low viscosity, good activity and excellent weatherability. The UV coatings are prepared by means of copolymer incorporated with certain active diluents and acylated phosphono photo-initiator. The resulted UV coatings are characterized by excellent outdoor anti-yellowing and gloss-keeping properties. Long service life of UV exposure can not affect its film in terms of aging, transparence and decorativeness.
