本文根据国内外几种压力管道缺陷评定较为公认和应用较为广泛的方法 ,提出了压力管道未焊透超标缺陷安全评定的导论 。

In the light of the several assessment methods for the defects of welding in pressure piping which arc more widely applied and accepted at home and abroad, the introduction of safety assessment for the incomplete penetration defect of welding which is failed to meet the criteria is presented in this paper. According to this introduction, the attempt of the safety assessment for the incomplete penetration defects of welding in the pressure piping was made in Honghe Chemical Inc..
