摘要
目的 了解蚌埠市市售冷冻饮品卫生质量 ,为今后卫生监督管理提供科学依据。方法 对蚌埠市2 0 0 0年~ 2 0 0 2年市售冷冻饮品监测资料进行统计分析。结果 3年共检测样品 2 2 5份 ,合格率 6 1.33% ;冰淇淋类的合格率与冰棍类和雪糕类的差异有显著性 ;监测指标中 ,大肠菌群合格率最低 ,铅污染仍然存在 ;标识齐全与标识不符合要求的样品监测合格率差异有显著性。结论 微生物污染仍是冷冻饮品主要卫生问题 ,对铅污染也不能忽视 ;生产企业应改善工艺条件 ,重视自身管理 ;
Objective To understand the hygienic quality of freezing drinks in bengbu market and to provide the scientific basis for the later sanitary inspection and control.Methods The data of hygienic surveillance on freezing drinks from 2000 to 2002 in bengbu were analyzed.Results Two hundred and twenty five pieces of samples were surveyed in three years,and the qualified rate was 61.33%.The qualified rate of ice cream was significant different from those of ice sucker and ice cream bar.Among the indexes of surveillance,the qualified rate of E.coli was the lowest.The lead pollution was still exited.The qualified rate of samples were significant different,between the labels up to standard and not.Conclusion The microbial pollution was still main hygienic problem,and lead pollution could not be ignored.Factories should improve technical conditions and the level of management.Departments of hygienic supervision should strengthen in spection and control.
