蛇床子超临界萃取物的止痒作用及拮抗组胺释放作用的实验研究

Study on the effect of itching-alleviation and histamine-release antag onism of extractum fructus cnidii made by supercritical fluid extraction

目的 研究蛇床子超临界萃取物的止痒作用及拮抗组胺释放的作用。方法 用 4 氨基吡啶 (4 AP)诱发小鼠舔体反应与肥大细胞释放组胺 ,记录小鼠的舔体反应 ,并测定小鼠注射 4 AP局部皮肤与血中组胺含量。结果 蛇床子超临界萃取物组 ,与模型组相比能明显抑制舔体反应数 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5)。蛇床子超临界萃取物组 (除第 4组 ,即浓度为 7 5 %组外 )用药局部皮肤组胺含量明显高于模型组 ,血液中组胺含量明显低于模型组。结论 蛇床子超临界萃取物有明显的止痒作用和拮抗组胺释放的作用。

Objective To study antipruritic e ffect and histamine-release inhibition of extractum fructus cnidii made by supe rcritical fluid extraction (SFE).Methods Recording the number of licking responses and determini ng the histamine content in the blood and in the skin of 4-aminopyridine (4-AP )-injected site after the induction by 4-AP injection. Results The number of licking responses in the extractum fructu s cnidii group was significantly fewer than that in model group.The histamine co ntent in the skin of injected site of the extractum fructus cnidii group was hig her markedly than that of model group,while the blood level of histamine was low er than that of model group.Conclusion Extractum fructus cnidii made by SFE has antipruriti c effect and can inhibit histamine release from mast cells.
