摘要
目的 探讨巴曲酶对大鼠局灶性脑缺血后CD54表达的影响。方法 建立大鼠大脑中动脉缺血/再灌注(MCAO)模型,用免疫组化的方法观察CD54在脑缺血/再灌注后不同时间的动态变化,比较巴曲酶组和模型组的异同。结果 与模型组比较,巴曲酶组CD54阳性表达在脑缺血再灌注6 h,3天,4天,7天均降低,6 h降低最明显,主要位于神经元严重受损的缺血区。结论 巴曲酶对脑缺血/再灌注后CD54表达有降低趋势,
Objective To investigate the influence of DF-521 on the expression of CD54 (intercellular adhesion molecule-1, ICAM-1) following neuronal cell injury after focal cerebral ischemia in rats. Methods Transient focal cerebral ischemia was made with 2 hours occlusion of the middle cerebral artery and following reperfusion. Immunohistochemistry method was used to investigate the expression of CD54 and compare DF-521 groups with model groups. Results To compare DF-521 groups with model groups. The expression of CD54 was decreased in the ischemic area at 6hours, 3days, 4days, 7days after reperfusion following 2hours MCAO. Especially CD54 was remarkably reduced at 6hour than other times. Conclusions DF-521 tend to reduce expression of CD54 in brain after focal cerebral ischemia in rat.
